Steel Pipe Anti-corrosion 3LPE Coating Plants of Wrapping Style is a multi-layer system that integrates FBE in North America and protective PE layer in Europe. It is equipped with specially designed extruding & wrapping system, conveying system and spraying system. It can be used for anti-corrosion purpose with single-layer FBE, double-layer (adhesive and PE) and triple-layer (FBE, adhesive and PE). It is used for anti-corrosion to steel pipe with small diameters. Its products have been extensively used in transportation of oil, gas and water around the world.

This production line consists of steel pipe conveying system, surface treatment system, de-dusting system, steel pipe heating system, electrostatic spraying system, Coating system, end polishing system, hydraulically and pneumatically driving system, electric controlling system and inspection system.
