Wild caught at sea from Sep to end of June every year, big volume and cheap prices. The fish with a high protein, fat content differs a lot from 9% to 15%. normally in winter the fish is with a higher fat content than in Summer. The fish is from size 80-150g 100-200g 200-300g and 300-500g, very fresh because mostly frozen on board immediate after harvest. But we do have land frozen type for your different demand request.
