Safety chuck work with NAC pneumatic clutch tension control

Safety chuck can be used with steel bar for roller material winding and unwinding, except that this flange and foot mounted safety chuck is also can work with NAC pneumatic clutch together for tension control.

No matter flange or pillow mounted safety chuck, they are both can be worked with NAC pneumatic clutch. The safety chuck is applied to hold steel bar or air expandable shaft, and NAC pneumatic clutch driven by air pressure, which is used to control rolling material's winding tension force as needed.

As usually, the NAC pneumatic clutch has NAC-2, NAC-5, NAC-10, NAC-20, NAC-40, NAC-60 models, their bore diameter is different. It is from 20mm to 60mm, safety chuck extend shaft diameter is 28mm, 35mm, 50mm and 75mm. They can matched with relevant bore shaft diameter accordingly.
