R-8601 is a kind of alkyl modified poly-siloxane, which contribute much more reactive functional group and longer Si-O chain length. Poly-functional reactive play positive role for reaction with polymer and filler surface. Meantime, longer Si-O chain length provide better wetting result. Therefor, coupling effect of low polymer should be further enhanced.

R-8601 apply to filler modification. Nomatter of dry or wet processing, compared to traditional silane modification, it has obvious advantage with dispersion and oil-absorbed value, at the same time no impact on filler's whiteness and original appearance.

R-8601 offer more stable dispersion and modification result after comparing to aluminate ester. This traditional modifier usually has drawback of poor effect at high humid conditions.

In system of polymers, R-8601 has no precipitation risk and has a higher retention of property. Not like aluminate ester and stearic acid, which have big risk of precipitation and affect product appearance, printing and composite properties.

R-8601 could catch free radical or polar bond, which could enhance mechanical properties of composites.

R-8601 has good popularity, applying to system of PE,PP,PS,PC,AS,ABS,PVC,SBS, Polyester, polyether, polyurethane, polyamide, polycarbonate and other thermoplastic and thermosetting resins and other elastomer.

R-8601 widely apply to inorganic filler modification, such as CaCO3, MgCO3, BaSO4, CaSO4, MgO, Al(OH)3, talcum powder, mica powder, lithopone, titanium dioxide, silica, pyrophyllite in powder, sea-foam stone powder, carbon black, argil, bentonite, aluminium mud, Red iron oxide, chrome yellow, titanium blue and antimony trioxide, partial zinc borate, etc.
