OUR FACTORIES:
Galaxy Knitwear Company has two units for knitted garments, Shahrukh unit
consists of 105 state-of-the-art Juki-Yamato-Pegasus (Japan) Siruba (Taiwan
) auto trimmers machines and has a capacity to stitch 100,000
Pieces (Y/D polo shirts) per month and Shahnawaz Unit consisits of 300
Yamato-Pegasus (Japan) Siruba (Taiwan ) latest auto trimmers machines with
production capacity of 300,000 Pieces (Y/D polo shirts ) to manufacture high
quality garments in accordance with the QUALITY ASSURANCE
DEPPARTMENT to produce clothing as per buyer’s satisfaction.
KNITTING DIVISION
Galaxy Knitwear Company has its own Fukuhara Auto Stripers with Mini
Jacquard Computerised circular Knitting Machines to knit fine guage yarn
dyed knitted fabrics and have in house capacity to produce fabric to make
300,000 pieces of yarn dyed polo shirts.
DYEING DIVISION
Galaxy Knitwear Company dyes fabric to its dedicated outsource dye house
equipped with state-of-the-art machinery with capacity to dye
300,000kgs/month.
ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning
Galaxy Knitwear Company has developed its unique/customized Erp software
which not only an online real time production software but also covers each
and every part of production from yarn to shipment.
This Web based software is designed to provide all production reports/ quality
report/ time and action plans/ Work in process reports and all shipping
documents to its customers.

Galaxy knitwear has its separate fabric development / style development/
wash Treatments / Texture Yarn development and R & D knitting departments
who are busy in development process for its customers to present every season
line with new fabrics/ styles & washes on basis Galaxy augment its business
