Founded in 1986, Zhejiang Dewei Stainless Steel Pipe Industry Co.,Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of welded stainless steel pipes & tubes and fittings for industrial applications. Dewei is located at Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China, with about 120 KM away from PVG (Shanghai Pudong International airport), 88KM away from SHA (Shanghai Hongqiao Airport),100KM away from HIA (Hangzhou International Airport).
With registered capital of 100.3 million RMB and total investment of 350 million RMB. Dewei has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons and sales of 1500 million RMB by 2015.
The production of Dewei not only comply with domestic quality-related certificates, such as GB, HG and SH; it also follows international standards, such as ISO,DIN,ASTM,EN, and JIS. Currently, Dewei has been certified with API Spec Q1, API Spec 5LC, ASME and PED. Dewei has submitted the documentation for the review of CCS, BV, LR,DNVGL, ABS.
Dewei has equipped with JCO welding production line , ￠630 automatic continuous production line, multiple sets of single sided and double sided German plasma, submerged arc welding equipment. Dewei can produce the welded stainless steel pipes or tubes with single straight seam (ф6-ф914, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 60mm), double straight seam (ф630-ф1524, wall thickness from 2mm to 80mm), and circular seam (above ф630, wall thickness from 2mm to 100mm).
Dewei’ s main stainless steel grades are: Ni-Alloys (N08904,N06600,N08825,etc),Duplex(S32750,S31803,S3225,etc), Austeni te (310S,309S,316L,321,304L,304 etc ), Copper Nickel Alloy (C70600,C70630) and Ferrite (430,409L etc) and other special material (254SMO,S30815,253MA).
