Hui Cheng Electronic S&T is a professional designer and manufacturer of computer switching ATX power supplies, micro power supply, laptop desktop adapters, wall mount battery chargers and power adapters with three-year warranties. We have 20 R&D engineers that worked for Delta, Foxconn and Greatwall with 10 years of experience. We develop our own molds for some of our products. Moreover, we can produce a new product in two to three months, OEM samples in seven to 15 days and ODM samples in one month.
Our factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters with 500 workers and six production lines. We have a monthly capacity of 400,000 pieces with a lead time of 20 to 30 days and an MOQ of 1000 pieces. We have 50 QC staff with more than three years of experience that strictly inspects our production line to ensure high-quality products.
Our products are in compliance with 3C, CE, FCC, UL and TUV standards as well as the RoHS Directive. We control the defect rate within 0.5 to 2 percent, and 70 percent of our buyers place repeat orders.
