Company Introduction
Iya-Okun Industries Ltd is a wholly Nigeria company duly registered with the Corporate
Affairs Commission with RC No.116 948 with major concerns in mining and Agricultural
development.
The company was estabished in 1998 and has over the years through dynamic leadership,
continued to be a major player in the mining and agric sector of the Nigerian economy.
Mining
Our company is presently into mining, production of marble tiles and milled dolomite.
The quarry site is located in Isale-Osin, an outskirt of Ilorin in Kwara State of
Nigeria. The marble quarry is on 136 Hectares of land with available deposit in
commercial quantity on five(5) Federal Government of Nigeria leases. In addition, we
recently acquired a warehouse and premises in Asa Dam area of Ilorin on which our
milling, cutting and polishing factory for marble is sited.
Agriculture
In the area of Agriculture, our company acquired land for farming is located at Kemta
Village, Off Elere Onigbedu Road, Ewekoro Local Government and Abule Owu, along Itori,
Onigbedu, Egua Road, Ifo/Ota Local Government, all in Ogun State of Nigeria. The total
acquired land is about 105 hectares with Ogun State Government Certificates of
Occupancy. Our Agricultural projects include; poultry, fish farm, rodentary, oil palm
plantation/processing, sheep/goat herding etc.
