Wujiang Dingsheng Silk CO., Ltd located in Shengze Town, Suzhou in Jiangsu Province of China. It is the first private enterprise specializing in silk fabrics and interweaving goods. The output of high-quality fabrics and silk goods per year is 2,800,000 meters. With the individual right to import and export, Wujiang Dingsheng exports the variety kinds of products to Europe, America, Japan, Korea, HongKong and other main silk importing countries or areas. Also, it owned the R&D centre itself.

In 2006, Wujiang Dingsheng invested to set up its sister company, Wujiang City Xinhong Silk Weaving Co.,Ltd which imported the most advanced rapier loom LEONARDO from Italy to weave heavy silk crepe, double side satin, yarn-dyed & extra wide home textile series. With the development, the industrial pattern and product mix of the company is further improved. Developing the1ff8 line products of full silk, silk and cotton, silk and linen, silk and wool, elastic silk, silk and viscose ect. rapidly makes Wujiang Dingsheng a young and promising company in silk weaving sector.

In Aug. 2009, Wujiang Dingsheng make a huge investment to purchase all shuttle looms, rapier looms and other equipments from Suzhou Dongwu Silk Weaving Mill Co.,Ltd which had a hundred year history. In the future, Wujiang Dingsheng will focus on bringing in the managerial expertises, qualified specialists and operating personnel from Suzhou Dongwu to absorb the outstanding culture, management, techonology and experiences comprehensively.
