Unibro Industries Ltd is a long established Export House exporting quality textile products from Pakistan. Our products comprise Loomstate Grey, Bleached, Dyed Raised and Printed Fabrics Woven and Knits in upto 21 Colours for width within 72 inches / 180 cm and upto 12 Colours in widths upto 110 inches / 280 cm. The products range from plain weave to Drills. Ducks, Satins and other special weaves and Single, Double and Textured Knits, in 100% Cotton and CottonPolyester Blends.
Our printing capacity on Rotary Screen printers alone is over 3 Million meters a month. We print in standard as well as in wider repeats viz 64, 82, 91 & 102 cms. Our computer aided design facility is fully equipped to scan customers' designs in widest repeat in one go and seven CAD stations to manipulate the designs, including of our own creations at speeds updated with fastest available computers.
Our Dyeing capacity including on Cold Pad Batch and Continuous Thermosol amounts to 25, 000 Mtrs / day in widths upto 110 inches / 280 cm in shades of Disperse, Reactives, Pigments etc. Again on both 100% Cotton and Poly Cotton blended fabrics.
We also make and supply stitched Bed-Wears, Curtains and Cotton Bags in various assortments. We make Plain, Corded, Ribbed, Single and Double Frilled Bed Sets and matching Curtains for quite some years now. The individually packed items with customers specified packing and their trade slogans etc. , are delivered ready for Department Stores' Shelves.
Singe, Sanforize, Emerise, Chintz and like treatments are available for demanding customers, for the special effects on the products.
