Philadelphia in1897. Plant facilities were put up in manila in 1921 and were transferred to san pablo in 1925. Franklin baker has grown to be the world's leading producer of desiccated coconut products. Its product have earned a reputation as the " gold standard" for the desiccated coconut industry. The company operates in two plants in san pablo and davao cities in the philippines, with over 1,100 employees and has combined capacity of 50 million pounds of desiccated coconuts and 33.7 million pounds of specialty coconut products.
