Company Introduction

Deyang Strong Tech Co., Ltd. integrates the technique, manufacture and trade, backed by China National Erzhong Group Company, the largest heavy machinery manufacturer in China. We take a group of senior designers and engineer as the core force, characterizing the advantages in the technique, in order to supply customers with the services of technical consulting, researching, developing, equipment designing, manufacturing, installation and testing.

Since the establishment in 1994, our company has designed and supplied some machinery equipments in a complete set, as well as large numbers of spare and wear parts for the equipments in conformity with the customers' requirements. The equipments have won acclaim among the customers, due to the good quality, reasonable price, timely delivery, and qualified sales service.

The main products have been supplied by our company are as follows:

1. Crushing plants
These equipments are extensively used in trade of building, mining, energy and communications. In recent years, our company has designed and manufactured several crushing plants successively, among which 2 plants are used in Laos, 2 are used in Tanzania and 1 are used in Nigeria. According to the customers, the equipments supplied by our company are of good quality and can fully meet the construction requirements, and the performance is almost the same with the similar foreign equipments, but the price is much more favorable. The latest plant is installed at Sujiatun in Shenyang, China to produce railroad slag for Qinshen (Qinhuangdao-Shenyang) High Speed Railway.

2. Supercritical CO2 extraction equipments
Supercritical fluid extraction is a new biological extraction technology developed in recent years, which is distinguished from leaching extraction by using supercritical fluid (SF) as the extractant instead of the organic solvent. SF refers to the substance existing in the form of fluid beyond critical temperature and pressure. This fluid which has dual properties of gas and fluid simultaneously is a very strong solvent to a lot of chemical compositions (especially the ingredients contained in the natural plants and animals which are effective for human health). CO2 is one of the most suitable extractants. SF technology has been extensively applied in developed countries, in view of the following advantages:
1) Extraction can be done under normal atmospheric temperature, without biological active substance being destroyed.
2) With no extraction residue, the extraction products can be called 100% Pure Natural Things.
3) Greatly simplify the technical process, increase the productivity, and reduce the production costs by combining the extraction with separation.

In China, SF technology was practically applied to the production only in 90's. Our company has designed, developed and manufactured several sets of supercritical extraction and separation equipments, by cooperating with some relate1ff8d units of the China Academy of Sciences.
