The following are the technical specs:

Regular cocoa beans type f-2: Our current cocoa bean is a grain with few hours of fermentation, almost 2 days and soon it is sun dried. Mainly it is croped at the east of venezuela. Size is variable from 150 g/grain to 80 g/grain. Most of our current cocoa bean are higher than 100 g/100 grain.

Technical specifications: Drying process is done mainly by sun exposition. When atmosferical conditions are inadecuaded, drying process is alternated with artifitial process, taking care of no to over dry cocoa beans. General spectifications are the following:

Bean count 90 granos max por 100 g
Fermented beans:50% min
Slately beans 3% max
Violet beans 20% max
Mould beans 3% max.
Insect damage 2% max
Germinated beans 1% max
Twin beans 1% max
Foreign matters: Ninguno
Moisture 8% max

Final conditions are in concordance with customers. Additional analysis could be done.

Our capacity: From november to july, we may export, at least,100 metric tonnes/month. In anothers month, production is lower and the volume could be less.

Price: Nybot plus premium.

Venezuelan cocoa beans is recognized as one of the best cocoa in the world. So, our producer receive a payment higher than nybot.
Premium is to cover conditioning, transport, taxes, storage, personnel, etc.
