Company Introduction

Since 2003 IBC-Marine has been registered in Poland and its office is located in Szczecin, the Baltic Sea harbour and a city of shipyards.

All of us are highly educated engineers with extensive knowledge backed-up by combined more than 15 years of worldwide field experience and continuous training followed by personal passion in automation, communication, navigation and electrical engineering.

Before joining IBC-marine we had worked in a team more than 12 years when we were being employed individually by one of world leading shipyards, I. E. Szczecin Shipyard in Poland (container ships, bulk carriers, cargo vessels, product tankers, chemical tankers, ferries and tugs) and the well known offshore company J. Ray McDermott SA in Azerbaijan (upgrades of Pipe Lay Barge Israfil Guseinov and Diving Support Vessel Tofiq Ismayilov for BP) on positions as follow:

- maintenance electrical engineers on board a pipe laying barge
- commissioning coordinators and engineers
- AutoCAD and TRIBON draughtsmen and document controllers
- designers of electrical/control/communication/navigation systems and installations
- design team leaders
- project managers.

The intention of establishing IBC-marine was to pool our collective experience for the benefit of our customers while offering them individual attention to each project.

Since establishing IBC we have been working for domestic and foreign shipyards on behalf of SAM Electronics and Lyngsoe Marine. Our last project was a commissioning for Lloyd Werft in Germany building the new passenger ship 'Pride of America' for NCL.

We assume particular candidate's suitability for each vacancy is considered individually by a client who gets candidate's CV, references, certificates, etc. Despite an invoice is originated by IBC-marine in case of hire. This way, a client selects and accepts an individual employee and gets benefits of hiring a subcontractor.
