We have also worked with overseas companies wanting to expand into the North American markets. In this role we carry out market research, identify opportunities, advise on product changes necessary for the American market, and then design and implement a marketing strategy.
If appropriate, this can also involve doing sales presentations.
We have helped many companies to identify profit improvements, from both increaesing sales and reducing costs. Typically we would look to increase profitability by 10% or more.
